Hi, I’m TJ Ernsdorff, owner of ClearPath Inspection Group, LLC.

I bring a strong background in construction, service, and attention to detail to every inspection I perform. Before starting my inspection business, I spent 8 years serving in the United States military as part of the Navy Seabees, where I worked in construction and developed a disciplined, hands-on approach to evaluating structures.
​
My experience started early, working alongside my dad on home refurbishments and property maintenance for an apartment complex. Later, I was involved in building single-family homes in the Kansas City area, giving me firsthand knowledge of how homes are built from the ground up.

In 2025, we relocated to Cape Coral and founded ClearPath Inspection Group, LLC to provide thorough, honest, and easy-to-understand inspections for homeowners across Southwest Florida.

As a proud military veteran, I bring integrity, accountability, and attention to detail into every job.

Family is just as important. I am married to my wife Cristine (a Realtor and Century 21 - Selling Paradise), and have three sons, all of whom have served in the military, with one currently still serving. That shared commitment to service shapes how I run my business and treat every client.

When I’m not inspecting homes, I enjoy everything Southwest Florida has to offer with my wife, including time in the sun, on the water, around pools, working out, and cooking and grilling at home. We also have two dogs that keep life active and fun.
